You will be consulted online by a specialist who will follow you from the beginning to the end of your trip. This specialist will transmit your file to the financial department, containing all the interventions or medical acts adapted to your situation and the duration of your stay. You will receive an estimate of medical costs within 48 hours of your consultation.

You will choose a date for your trip which will have to be validated by your assistant according to the schedule and the recommendations of your follow-up doctor. Once the date is validated, a deposit and a plane ticket will be necessary to confirm your stay.

Once you arrive at the Istanbul airport, you will be greeted by our accompanying translator, who will be with you for the duration of your treatment. We will take care of you and your accompanying person. Your stay at the clinic and the hotel will be the full board.

Before any surgical procedure, a pre-operative consultation with your surgeon and anesthetist will be necessary. A paramedical team will take care of you, and your assistant will visit you at least 2 to 3 times daily.

If your health condition allows it and after the doctor’s approval, we will organize tourist trips to make you discover the Bosphorus, Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya, and others. Who knows if the season, why not take a blue cruise in the turquoise waters of Antalya and Bodrum?

When your treatment is achieved, you will be consulted one last time by your doctor, who will approve your trip. Your medical file will then be delivered to you on a dvd or usb media. Your assistant will assist you during the registration process. After your return, we will follow you remotely for as long as necessary.
